Futuristic. Visually-stunning. Fantastical. Thrilling. Jaw-dropping.
There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the new Genesis Vr dance club, also known as Tron Club.

The nightclub was inspired by the movie Tron: Legacy. Djembe Dragonfire, performer, designer, and builder, was commissioned by Somnium Space founder and CEO, Artur Sychov, to do the custom build.
Djembe used advanced scripting to incorporate electrifying shaders throughout the club, which took an incredible amount of work and attention to detail considering the magnitude of the venue.

The club features state-of-the-art VR elevators that lift clubbers to upper floors. If preferred, there’s a spiral of ramps wrapped around a pulsating, color-shifting glass sculpture resembling the heart of the club. On the way up, there are several levels of dancefloors, each playing different dance music.

There’s also a full bar, VIP meeting rooms, a dock overlooking Deep Oasis lake, a balcony featuring expansive views of the plains surrounding City Center, and last but not least, a main dance floor with multiple stages for dj-ing, concerts, and other events.

Djembe Dragonfire is available for custom build commissions, elevator installation and more. Contact him on the Somnium Space Discord under his username, Djembe Dragonfire#6904.
The grand opening is set for Saturday, August 21st, at 22:00CET/1pm Pst. There will be live music performances, dancing, mingling, fun to be had and friendships to be made.

The weekend also marks the close of week 2/3 of OpenSea auctions for Somnium Space’s VR race cars. The cars feature working doors, the ability to carry passengers, and will be eligible for racing around Somnium Space and at the future racetrack.

We’ll likely see these innovative crypto-vehicles parked outside of the beautiful new VR club this Saturday. Maybe you’ll drive one there yourself!
