October will be Out of This World! But in Somnium Space! Land Offering, Treasure Hunt and More!

Somnium Space revealed more details about the Quaternary Land Offering (QLO) and the Treasure Hunt on October 1st, 2022.

Those who have participated in a land offering before will know: Weeks of tense auctioning to get hold of one or more of Somnium Space’s and the community’s unique NFT assets. Land parcels, Somnium WORLDs, avatars, cars, motor and hover bikes, you name it. There will be amazing items on sale during the Quaternary Land Offering (QLO) that will run from October 2nd to October 30th.

What will be on sale? A total of 100 parcels, 4 estates, 20 WORLDs, exclusive vehicles (cars, bikes, hover-bikes) and special avatars.

QLO Week 1, October 2-8

The auction will take place on OpenSea. Make sure you have connected and funded your wallet with ETH and Somnium CUBES, as assets will be on sale in these two crypto currencies. An in-depth explanation on how to prepare for Somnium’s Land Offerings can be found here (this was written for the TLO, but it is a perfect resource for getting ready for the QLO).

As you can see, there are some amazing assets on sale. Apart from land parcels and Somnium WORLDs, there are avatars and vehicles, which are created by the community.

Treasure Hunt

To kick off the QLO, Somnium Space organizes a Treasure Hunt with 5000 CUBES in prizes.

Twitter and Authencity

Basically, you need to find glowing, rotating CUBEs (if you join in VR/2D) or collect 12 words from a seed phrase to unlock a wallet (Somnium WEB).

If you find rotating CUBEs you will need to take a selfie with it and post a message on Twitter and in the #somnium-cubes channel on Somnium’s Discord. In case you find all 5 rotating CUBEs, bring them to the Somnium Plaza city center, take a selfie and post a message on Authencity.io.

On Saturday, October 1st at 23:00 CET all Metaverse hunters will gather at the city center of Somnium Space to witness a start of Treasure Hunt! Founder Artur Sychov will say a special riddle with hints about where those magical CUBEs are hidden!

Here are official rules of this Treasure Hunt:

There a total of 5 glowing and rotating green CUBEs hidden in Base Reality VR world of Somnium Space. Those CUBEs are marked with numbers from 1 to 5.
When you find this glowing CUBE, make a selfie with it in a place you found it holding it (number on a CUBE has to be visible) + post this selfie on Twitter with a message:

I just found this magic $CUBE while participating in @SomniumSpace #VR #QLOTreasureHunt. Here is my wallet address: 0 x 000000000000000 (use your wallet address)

If you will be the first one to post this selfie with a particular CUBE you will win 500 CUBEs as a reward which will be sent to you after Treasure Hunt finishes. PLEASE NOTE: Only a person who was first to find CUBE and post on Twitter will get reward. So 1 reward per 1 glowing CUBE only.
A person who finds all 5 CUBEs and brings them all to the Somnium Plaza city center and makes a selfie in front of the Somnium HQ building and as a first one posts the following message below on ! AUTHENCITY.io ! will win a grand SUPER PRIZE of additional 1500 CUBEs!

Additionally for those who can not join in VR there are 12 Seed Phrase Words hidden on some secret parcels. So you can search for them even by using SomniumWEB and once you get all 12 you unlock a MetaMask wallet where additional 1000 CUBEs are waiting for you! Good luck hunters!
