FEWOCiOUS, the famous, 18 year old cryptoartist from Las Vegas, has obtained a 4xXL estate in North-East Somnium. This news has delighted the entire world of Somnium.

FEWOCiOUS is familiar with Somnium Space, the open, persistent and blockchain based VR world. As the clock was ticking away the last moments of 2020, FEWOciOUS showcased some really cool artworks, which would be dropped on NiftyGateway on January 1st, 2021 – in Somnium.
During that evening Somnium Times had the pleasure of catching up and it was clear that FEWOCiOUS was truly impressed by Somnium and the way art can be experienced in an immersive VR setting.
Seen in that light, obtaining land in Somnium with the intention to build ‘a giant big epic gallery’ is both a logical and historical undertaking.
Parcels and location
FEWOCiOUS’ new XL parcels are 3169, 3633, 3614 and 3530, nicely organized in a square estate. See below video for the location of parcel 3169. The rest of the estate are the adjacent parcels.
XL parcels
For our readers who aren’t familiar with what it means to buy 4xXL parcels: It’s huge. One XL parcel is 1500 square meters (16145 square feet). It has a height limit of 50m (164 feet). And if that is not enough, you can build underground as well with a depth limit of the same 50m (164 feet).
Everyone in Somnium is super excited to see what will be erected on the 4 XL parcels. One thing is certain, we’ll all be able to visit and enjoy FEWOCiOUS’ amazing art. In VR, using the 2D client and via Somnium WEB, which requires nothing more than a simple URL.
